أقام ائتلاف الإغاثة والتنمية الإنساني CHRD لقاء موسع لمناقشة المسودة الأولى للخطة الاستراتيجية المعدة للأعوام 2021 – 2025م
وفي اللقاء ألقى رئيس الائتلاف الأستاذ صالح القطوي كلمة أوضح فيها أن اللقاء يأتي بهدف توسيع دائرة المشاركة والمشاورة في مرحلة إعداد وإقرار الخطة بشكلها النهائي بعد الانتهاء من إعدادها.
وأكد القطوي على ضرورة أن تنسجم الخطة الاستراتيجية مع احتياجات المجتمع، للحد من أعبائهم المعيشية نظرًا لما تمر به البلاد من كارثة إنسانية، مُشددًا على أن العمل يجب أن يتم وفق المعايير المؤسسية، وأن هذه المرحلة ستضع حجر الأساس للبدء بتنفيذ الخطة وتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة بمصادقة ومشاركة جميع الجهات ذات العلاقة.
من جانبه قدم خبير التدريب والتخطيط الاستراتيجي د. عادل جبر عرضًا تفصيليًا لما يجب أن تتضمنه الخطة الاستراتيجية للائتلاف ومنهجية العمل المتبعة في إعداد الخطة والتحليل التفصيلي لمفردات الخطة.
وفي اللقاء عبر أعضاء الهيئة الإدارية للائتلاف عن شكرهم للمدرب وعن أهمية الخطة الاستراتيجية التي ستمكن الائتلاف من تحقيق رؤيته وأهدافه المنشودة، وسيعمل من خلالها على تعزيز المساهمة مع الهيئات والمنظمات الحكومية والأهلية ذات الاختصاص، وناقش الحاضرون الجوانب التفصيلية للخطة مقدمين ملاحظاتهم ومقترحاتهم.
كما أشاروا أيضًا إلى أنه سيكون هناك لقاءات قادمة لمناقشة الخطة، حتى الوصول إلى النسخة النهائية من الخطة الاستراتيجية للائتلاف وإقرارها قبل نهاية العام الجاري.

An Extended Meeting for Five-year Plan Preparation – (CHRD)
The Coalition of Relief and Humanitarian Development (CHRD) held an expanded meeting to discuss the outlines of the strategic plan prepared for the years 2021-2025.
And during the meeting, the head of the coalition, Mr. Saleh Al-Qutwi, had given a speech in which he explained that the meeting targets to widen the circle of participation and consultation in the stage of preparing and approving the final form of the plan.
Al-Qutwi insisted that the strategic plan harmony is needed to be consistent with the needs of society, to decrease life burdens due to the ongoing humanitarian catastrophe, work must be done in accordance with institutional standards, and that this stage is the groundbreaking to start implementing the plan and to achieve the desired targets with approval and participation with the related parties.
For his part, Dr. Adel Jabr – Training and strategic planning expert, had provided with a detailed presentation of what should be included in the strategic plan of the coalition, the work methodology used in preparing the plan, and the detailed analysis of the plans terms.
During the meeting, the members of administrative commission of the coalition expressed their appreciation towards the trainer, and emphasized the importance of the strategic plan that will enable the coalition to achieve its vision and desired goals which will enhance the participation with the competent governmental and civil organizations. In addition, the attendees discussed the detailed aspects of the plan, presenting their observations and proposals.
They also indicated that there will be upcoming meetings to discuss the plan, until the final version of the strategic plan of the coalition is reached and approved before the end of this year.
The General Secretary of the Coalition, Mr. Adel Thabet, the Executive Director, members of the commission of administrative and the coalition employees were attended.
